Will resizing make my image blurry?
Making an image smaller keeps it sharp. Making it larger cannot invent detail: expect softness above about 150% of the original size.
Which format is the output?
The same as the input by default (JPG stays JPG). You can switch to JPG, PNG or WEBP in the options.
